This cozy house is sunny in the center of the village on a junction of local roads on the Yères. The solid cozy house, with central heating and 2 fireplaces, consists of 3 floors, was renovated a few years ago and is equipped with comfort and simple luxury. The house is situated on the little road that crosses the oldest of the two village bridges. The enclosed garden of about 600 m2, with a terrace, borders the small river (not deep or dangerous, you can also fish for trout). The river terrace is equipped with a safe wooden fence against overly enterprising small children towards the water. Firewood is in the barn. In Foucarmont, Blangy, Mers les Bains are large supermarkets (incl. pharmacy, doctor). in Grandcourt a small store. Saint-Valëry-sur-Somme and Rouen are worth a visit.

Environment: Between the chalk cliffs and the beach of Mers-les-Bains (next to the natural fishing port of Le Tréport), Criel-plage and Mesnil-Val. In Le Tréport you can enjoy fresh fish(Saint Louis) in the famous quayside restaurants near the fish auction. Also visit the pleasant town of Eu, with architecture from 1100. The clear Yères River flows through the Vallée de l'Yères past rolling fields, forests and farms. On the north side, the village of Dancourt (266 inhabitants) borders the rolling hills and forests of the Fôret d'Eu (over 9000 ha, access everywhere, walking and car), in which, besides beech, also other deciduous and coniferous forests, flora and fauna (wildlife). A unique nature reserve.A city worth seeing nearby is Rouen. Less than an hour away. Also called 'little Paris'.
