Welcome, our cottage is located in the village of Coullons in the region 'Centre-Val de Loire', 2h from Paris. The charming maisonnette is completely surrounded by greenery overlooking a private pond with natural fish stock. For people with dogs: the garden is not completely fenced.For people with children: the pond is not enclosed.There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, but the sofa in the living room can be converted into a 2nd double bed.The bathroom was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with a spacious shower, toilet and sink.The terrace was built in the summer of 2024.

The region is known for its beautiful castles, many museums and many hiking and biking trails. From Coullons, Gien, Bourges and Orleans are worth a visit. Also for the children during the summer there is étang du puits where a sandy beach is constructed and several water jumping castles are present for many hours of fun. Enjoyed as a family with two children and a dog. Cottage is basic but really as you would expect from a nature house. Nice shower, nice bed, basic kitchen. The area is an oasis of tranquility, both on site and around it. But still with all conveniences, such as an intermache at 3min drive. In 1 word TOP!!!
Genoten als gezin met twee kinderen en een hond. Huisje is basic maar echt zoals je van een natuurhuisje mag verwachten. Fijne douche, fijn bed, basic keuken.
De omgeving is een oase van rust, zowel op het eigen terrein als er omheen.
Maar toch van allegemakken voorzien, zoals een intermache op 3min rijden.
