Delightful Tiny house. Quietly located on a large property near an old residential farm. Views over the garden and fields. Lots of peace and quiet and space. The cottage has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and nespresso machine. Always provided with the basic necessities such as oil, salt and pepper and coffee and tea. A wood stove has recently been installed. There is a large veranda overlooking the fields. Hammock available and the possibility of making a fire outside in a fire bowl. Note: The shower and toilet are located outside the living area. You cross in two steps (see images). Please note that the cottage is a bit lower than average.
Nature and surroundings
The entire cottage is separate from the large residential farm on 5 acres of land. You can retreat completely. You have your own piece of garden to which the veranda adjoins with a view. The cottage is located just outside Laren Gelderland in a beautiful area for biking and hiking. Two bicycles are available.Local products are available everywhere in the neighborhood such as Achterhoek wine, smoked sturgeon, fresh eggs and vegetables at various farm stores.
