A furnished tipi tent with outdoor kitchen for max.4 persons. This is on a small family campsite (50 places) in Friesland near Sneek and is located on boating, fishing and natural swimming water. There is 1 double bed of 180x200 and 2 beds of 80x200 and stands on the tent field. There is a sitting area with poufs. There is also a small fridge and kitchen linen is included. Note: Mattress cover, comforters, pillows, etc. please bring your own. The outdoor kitchen has a 3 burner gas stove and you will find kitchen utensils, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and pans. In the tipi you have your own refrigerator. For the children there are go-karts, a sandpit and a fenced playground (trampolines, swings, seesaw and slide) and you can supervise them while enjoying a drink and something tasty on the terrace of the reception. The showers and toilets are in our sanitary building, where you will also find the washing-up areas. Note: Special rates for midweek, week and longer stays.
Nature and surroundings
This tipi is located 30m from the water's edge. By boat you can sail to Sneek and Bolsward in no time. Our spacious camping area is completely surrounded by trees. At the reception you will also find an area where you can sit comfortably, where there is a TV and bookcase. In high season you can order fresh rolls from the baker and every week the greengrocer, mini-supermarket, ice-cream cart, fries cart (Wednesday evening) and Turkish pizza cart (Friday evening) come by! The nearest supermarket and bakery can be found in Scharnegoutum about 5 km. The cities of Sneek and Bolsward are nearby and definitely worth a visit. Even a day trip to the Wadden Island Terschelling can be done from here (30 minutes to Harlingen). And of course the elfstedenroute is also worthwhile by car or bike. The campsite is adjacent to walking and cycling routes. There are boats, canoes and bicycles for rent. And there are plenty of activities in the area. From museums to a fair, from crafts to the beach of the IJsselmeer and Wadden Sea.
