This luxury vacation villa is a little paradise with a touch of French Chique. A truly unique location that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Here you can relax with family and/or friends in nature and enjoy each other's company. A private country road leads you through olive groves with beautiful views. At the end of the road an electric gate gives you access to this intimate private property. There is parking for 3 cars. The luxury villa is carefully furnished and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, spacious lounge with large TV screen where you can enjoy Amazon Music, dining room, open kitchen with many extras such as an ice maker, two refrigerators and various other appliances to prepare a delicious meal and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning through a central system. The veranda at the front of the house is adjacent to the lovely pool from where you have a fantastic view of the mountains and valleys.
Nature and surroundings
By the pool you will find a lovely covered lounge set. Also on the veranda you will find a lovely lounge sofa with a ceiling fan. The veranda can be completely shielded with a canopy curtains equipped with mosquito netting. The spacious terrace is equipped with 4 comfortable lounge chairs, dining tables, an outdoor BBQ and a fountain. The private garden is fully fenced and invites you to take a walk. You will find several seating areas where you can sit in the sun or not. There is a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, drying rack and detergents. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Montefrio is located in the olive groves and the surrounding mountains lend themselves well to hiking, cycling and active outdoor activities such as horseback riding. Lunch in the authentic villages where you can wander delightfully and visit the vibrant cities of Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Seville.
