The old stable and dovecote used to stand on this site. The house has been completely rebuilt in exactly the same style as the old stable buildings.The house offers accommodation for up to four people; the house is completely on one level and has been designed with good access for guests with disabilities.Through the double doors you enter the private terrace with a beautiful view over the river valley and olive groves.From the terrace one enters the main room that combines sitting, dining and kitchen areas. From the kitchen, the hallway leads to the two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds) and the large bathroom. At the highest point, the beamed ceiling is over 4 meters, which helps to keep this house cool in the middle of summer. The double bedroom has views over the olive groves. Also from the terrace, an additional walking door leads to the bedrooms.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located, in a truly special location in our own secluded river valley amid olive groves and next to a six meter high waterfall, like a little pearl in the middle of nature. Peace, nature, wildlife and stunning views make it the perfect place to truly relax and escape the stresses of busy life. Our unique accommodations, all with kitchen, the bbq area on the terrace in front of the upper mill, the large pool, filled with its own spring water, with sun beds, the open area with sun beds and hammocks by the river and the terrace of the mill with a mature vine makes it ideal for couples and families but also groups, from 2 to 24 people. Hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the property, with a variety of routes. All accommodations have ceiling fans for summer and a fireplace or stove for winter. We have a guest bar in the downstairs mill room and a small intimate restaurant upstairs.
