This newly built two-story house is based on the old yard kitchen, where meals were prepared for the 20 people who worked at the mill in its heyday. The new building has retained the size and style of the original, but has been moved up a few feet.This nature house comfortably accommodates two people.The house is entered on the upper floor where the kitchen and sitting area are located.A wood stove gives the house warmth and a cozy atmosphere in the cooler months.Downstairs there is a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet.From the bedroom, French doors lead to the balcony with table and chairs.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located, in a truly special location in our own secluded river valley amid olive groves and next to a six meter high waterfall, like a little pearl in the middle of nature. Peace, nature, wildlife and stunning views make it the perfect place to truly relax and escape the stresses of busy life. Our unique accommodations, all with kitchen, the bbq area on the terrace in front of the upper mill, the large pool, filled with its own spring water, with sun beds, the open area with sun beds and hammocks by the river and the terrace of the mill with a mature vine makes it ideal for couples and families but also groups, from 2 to 24 people. Hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the property, with a variety of routes. All accommodations have ceiling fans for summer and a fireplace or stove for winter. We have a guest bar in the downstairs mill room and a small intimate restaurant upstairs.
