In the heart of the Perche regional park, near the Réno Valdieu state forest in Normandy. I'm an old family home with a large garden (5000m²) in the heart of the Bourdonnière valley. I can accommodate 4 to 6 people, or 7 on request. Available by the week only. I'm tucked away in the countryside, away from the road and not overlooked. I'm surrounded by pastures. You'll find yourself in the middle of nature. An ideal place to get together. I'm an atypical 3-storey house. On the ground floor you'll find a kitchen with a dining area, a dining room, a living room, a shower room and the boiler room. On the 1st floor, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and its own closet, a private toilet and a study that could be converted into an extra bedroom. On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms with fitted closets and a toilet.
Nature and surroundings
Lovers of forest walks, flora and fauna, or in need of peace and quiet. My countryside is yours to discover on foot, by bike or on horseback... No weedkillers or pesticides are used on the estate.

Rik August 2, 2025 General rating:Some old house, but incredibly spacious and free. The garden is a little paradise with lots of space and privacy. We had a fantastic week and would love to come back again.
Wat oude huis, maar ontzettend ruim en vrij gelegen. De tuin is een klein paradijs met veel ruimte en privacy. We hebben een fantastische week gehad en komen graag nog eens terug.
