So close to Málaga and yet so much peace, space, nature and convenience. It is named after the mountainside that in the sunlight, looks like pure gold. This cozy bungalow of 70m2 with 5000m2 of land, stands on a hill in the campo of Casabermeja. Here, even in summer, a cooling breeze blows. This nature house offers wide views and all the comforts, such as a porch with rocking chairs, jacuzzi, terraces equipped with stylish garden sets and a Weber gas BBQ, as well as a full kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and an American fridge with filtered water (easy for humans, better for the environment). There is wifi inside and outside. The bedroom has a spacious 180x210cm Emma box spring, closet and ceiling fan. An ironing board and iron are also present. The bathroom is small & fine with sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. The living room has a sofa, armchair, ceiling fan, stove, desk, Chromecast. Parking is possible with 2 cars.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is very centrally located. It borders Montes de Málaga Natural Park and is only 18 km from Málaga Centro and less than half an hour from the airport. As soon as you leave the campo, take the A45 highway and drive straight into the center of Málaga. Want the experience of traveling by public transport? Then in Casbermeja village you can take the bus to Málaga (you have to take transport to the village first ;) Casabermeja has about 3000 inhabitants and among other things a few household and food stores, a doctor's office, a dentist, restaurants, cafes and a post office. The rock formations of El Torcal are nearby. Because Casabermeja is located on the border of the Axarquía, the pleasant yet not-touristically-overrun towns of Riogordo, Vélez-Malaga, Comares, Canillas de Aceituno and the seaside town of Torre del Mar can be reached within an hour. The royal cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville are 1-2 hours away. The beaches of Málaga (El Palo, Pedregalejo) can be reached in half an hour.
