Come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday in La Pendolera, a beautiful and very cosy holiday villa with pool near Comares, perhaps the most beautiful village of the Axarquia, voted 'Pueblo Magico' d'España. La Pendolera has 3 bedr and 2 bathr (one en-suite with walk-in shower), a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and smart TV. A washing machine is at our guests' disposal and there is free WIFI throughout the house. All windows have fly-screen and shutters. There is air conditioning on a 'pay as you use' basis. Cooking can be done in a beautiful American open kitchen with large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. However, the favourite spot of most guests is the fenced, private outdoor area with swimming pool and covered dining area with BBQ. The mild climate and the covered terrace ensure that you can enjoy the outdoors practically all year round. There is outdoor furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Parking for 2 cars

La Pendolera is exceptionally beautifully located in the Alqueria, 1.5km from Comares.On top of the beautiful surroundings, you can enjoy a micro climate. Due to its unique location against the mountainside overlooking the sea, temperatures here are exceptionally mild even in winter. Witness to this are the many tropical fruits that grow here. That is also why every year many winter visitors choose to stay here for a few months. Nature is simply beautiful here and you can make very nice walks, also in the immediate vicinity of the house. Comares, sometimes called 'Pearl of the Aaxarquia', is a typical whitewashed Andalusian village that has a lot to offer. Everything here breathes history and if you follow the ceramic footsteps through the narrow streets and alleys, you will discover the Moorish past. The residents are immensely friendly and love meeting foreigners. In terms of gastronomy too, you won't have to miss a thing. Come and enjoy Andalusian specialities in the restaurants.
