Nature house in Nijbroek

If you’re looking for a private wellness cottage surrounded by nature, you’ve come to the right place. Our vacation home is located in a unique stretch of polder land among the meadows on the edge of a pond. It’s completely private, accommodates 1 to 4 people, and was built using sustainable methods. The cozy, well-furnished living area features a wood stove, TV, and Bluetooth sound system, among other amenities. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.10) and air conditioning. The cozy loft bedroom has two single beds. Outside, there is a veranda with a hot tub, lounge chairs, windbreaks, an awning, a BBQ, and an outdoor kitchen. At the rear, you’ll find a lounge set and a Finnish sauna. Also included: 2 bicycles, made-up beds, linens, kitchen towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices. The property is not suitable for people with disabilities or small children (due to the pond). Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only outdoors. Private parking.

You’ll be staying in a beautiful setting surrounded by green meadows. From the cottage, you can watch the most stunning sunsets and see roe deer, meadow birds, and hares pass by, or spot a kingfisher. From this beautiful spot, you can set out on one of the many cycling routes or hike along the most scenic trails, such as the “Klompenpad” or the “Blotevoetenpad” in Twello. You’ll find beautiful forests and heathlands in the area around Epe (13 km). The IJssel River with its beautiful floodplains (6 km) is also definitely worth a visit. If you’re looking for a bit more action, visit the Hanseatic city of Deventer (12 km) or Apeldoorn, home to Het Loo Palace (13 km), among other attractions; De Cannenburch Castle in Vaassen is 9 km away. Of course, you can also go water skiing in Emst (6 km) or take a skydive or sightseeing flight at Teuge Airport (7 km). In short, there’s plenty to do in the area. Our private wellness cottage is located in Nijbroek, in the province of Gelderland. There are 2 public charging stations within 1 km. Firewood and charcoal are available for a fee. Breakfast service is provided by Eekterzicht.
