Spacious and bright cottage, with high ceilings and windows to the floor.... in the middle of La Molina, a green healthy eco-oasis in Andalusia. Independent, off-grid (island photovoltaic system and own well) all windows and doors recycled, partial green roof, furniture partially up-cycled, and all LED, regulated water supply and low CO2 footprint. And of course we also have several composting plants running here. The house is ideal for a family, has its own terrace and a wood stove for cold winter nights. It is private and offers everything to make a holiday stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, stove and oven, kettle and toaster pan, espresso pot, and everything for cooking. Casa Reskal is the third holiday home on our 1.5 ha organic land La Molina. All construction and design work is done with sustainability and ecology in mind. Bird lovers can enjoy their full benefits here. A sandy beach by the stream with hammocks, cool nights due to the river location, shade and a daily breeze in the hotter hours make lingering a pleasure. On foot you are in 20 minutes in Setenil de las Bodegas, a designated by national and national press as one of the 10 most beautiful villages in Spain. La Molina is also an ideal starting point for day trips to Ronda, Seville, Malaga, Granada, Cadiz and hikes in the surrounding natural parks. We ourselves are located in the Sierra de Cadiz.

Nature, peace & environment:This place is amazing green and eco friendly, the owners take good care of it, the house is very cosy, and got everything you need for children as well, they got a lot of space outdoors to play. The area is great to hike , walk distance to Setenil, which is a beautiful village and a lot of nice places to eat ( terra cotta is a tip) short drive to Ronda, Malaga, Sevilla.
