The air-conditioned house consists of two floors. Downstairs is the living room with smart TV, wood stove and the kitchen with nespresso machine, oven, stove and refrigerator. On the first floor there is also a double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. On the second floor is the second bedroom with double bed and a small room with shower, toilet and sink. Also here is the second living room and a large partially covered terrace of about 35 m2.

Furthermore, 200 meters from the villa there is a restaurant where you can eat delicious food for a small amount. Groceries can be done in Riogordo or Colmenar, a 15-minute drive away. Around the villa is a beautiful botanical garden, a sheltered terrace with sun loungers, a lounge set and a private jacuzzi where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the valley and the mountains.
