This nature house is an attractive, restored worker's house next to the striking mill De Zwaluw. On the first floor there is a sitting area with large designer sofa, dining table, kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, airfryer, induction, Nespresso machine and kettle) and bathroom with shower and hip bath in the old box bed. A 2-person box spring on the upper floor.The cottage is located in the idyllic village of Burdaard, on the famous Elfstedenroute and in the World Heritage Wadden area.Peace, space and nature in the large, green garden with a covered private terrace. From the terrace a view of the adjacent mill and the old fruit trees in the garden. The cottage is in our backyard and is perfect for 2 people who want to relax, read a book or play games and is also ideal as a base to go on adventures in Friesland. National Parks nearby as well as the historic cities of Leeuwarden and Dokkum.

The lovely couch. Never slept so well in a bed. It/the delicious hot bath/shower. Involved sweet landlords; good quick communication and hospitable. The other world that is Friesland (quiet, slower, down-to-earth, wonderful). The museums: planetarium; the Fries museum, WEC, they are all recommended! A place to come back to!

Betrokken lieve verhuurders; goede snelle communicatie en gastvrij.
De andere wereld die Friesland is (rustig, trager, nuchter, heerlijk).
De musea: planetarium; het Fries museum, WEC, het zijn allemaal aanraders!
