This nature house is a detached villa located near the village of Voukolies in western Crete, 40 km from the airport, 25 km from Chania and 6 km from the sea. It is an ideal base to explore (West) Crete. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with private terrace) and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with separate kitchen, covered terrace and spacious roof terrace. All indoor areas have air conditioning. There is a private pool of 8 x 4 meters with sun loungers, shower and umbrellas. In the garden there is a Weber barbecue. The equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dolce gusto, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer are available. Beds made on arrival. Incl towels for indoors.
Nature and surroundings
The villa is set amidst gently rolling green hills covered with olive trees and offers beautiful views of the Lefka Ori (the white mountains). The cottage is perfect for guests who want to enjoy the beauty of the Cretan countryside and its delicious cuisine in comfort and peace, but equally ideal for those who love the sea, beach and mountains. Activities and places of interest: in addition to the charming city of Chania, the famous Samaria Gorge and picturesque Elafonisi, there are numerous activities available: boat trip to Balos-Gramvousa, gorge hikes, authentic off-road jeep safaris, horseback riding, wine, beer and olive oil tasting, water park, cycling, water sports ... All these activities are easily and quickly accessible and are never more than a one-hour car ride away. The necessary information for these excursions and accompanying (restaurant) tips are bundled in a documentation folder.
