Nature house in Lelystad

We rent this summer our lovely water house on the Bovenwater in Lelystad, in a quiet residential neighborhood (no vacation park). A comfortable house with spacious bright living room, open kitchen (fully equipped), large bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and two toilets. In addition, a terrace above the water and a nice garden with sun and shade. NB: there is no TV connection in the house. If you want to watch TV, please bring a laptop or tablet for NPO app, Netflix etc.

Our house is located on the Bovenwater, adjacent to the Oostvaardersplassen and the urban forests "Hollandse Hout". The Bovenwater is a large closed recreational lake with no through traffic and there is only sailing and electric boating. Good opportunities for cycling in and through the Oostvaarders Plassen and the city forests of Lelystad. Nearby is the Bataviahaven, where in summer you can take the ferry to the Marker Wadden every day, a special place for nature lovers. Lelystad is max half an hour drive from Urk and world heritage site Schokland and from the fortified towns of Elburg and Harderwijk and from Enkhuizen (via the Houtribdijk). In Enkhuizen, among other things, the Zuiderzee Open Air Museum. A 20-minute drive away is Almere, where this summer the Floriade can be visited.
