Nature house in Lanjarón

In a beautiful spot, on our property, overlooking the valley where eagles nest, is our 2-person cabana. A simple solar system provides light and the ability to charge a mobile phone. All windows have mosquito netting to keep the little critters out. Next to the cottage is an eco-toilet. The bathroom is located, within walking distance, next to our house and is shared with up to 1 other guest. It has a nice rain shower, toilet and sink. If you want to cook something yourself, make tea or coffee, you can in the simple outdoor kitchen next to our house (no fridge). There is also Wifi. You can also join us in our vegetarian 'living room restaurant'. In most months there is delicious fruit on the trees. We also sell our own olive oil, almonds and organic eggs from our chickens. Optionally you can also book workshops Argentine tango, Feldenkrais massage and NIA fitness for a private retreat experience together or alone.

Our finca is located between the hippie town of Orgiva and the town of Lanjarón with its pure water springs. Many hiking trails leave from Lanjaron into the Sierra Nevada. It is an ideal base to explore the rest of the Alpujarra. In the summer months Lanjaron is filled with numerous terraces, bars and restaurants and a lively city park. It is a short half-hour walk to Lanjaron from our Finca. Orgiva, 15 minutes away by car, is known for its artisanal hippie market on Thursdays. Our Finca is located in a quiet valley where wild rosemary slopes and olive groves alternate. In summer, eagles nest in the old pine forest. The peace is broken only by singing birds and the goats that often graze on the mountain opposite. Oh and the clucking of our chicken ladies who also lay delicious organic eggs that you can buy from us in addition to our blissful also organic olive oil, and almonds.
