Nature house in Competa

Beautifully located, attractively decorated and fully equipped house with heated pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool and all the things to do in the area. Many nice villages, towns, culture and nature in the area. The house is beautifully situated on a mountain, therefore always 15 min up or down the mountain before you get to the main road. Response from landlord: The first piece from the house is 3 minutes on a dirt road, then the road up and down (about 15 minutes) is fully paved (asphalt) and passable. Downstairs you have direct access to the highway and the road to the beach.

Mooi gelegen, sfeervol ingericht en compleet ingericht huis met verwarmd zwembad. We hebben enorm genoten van het huis, het zwembad en alle dingen die er in de omgeving te doen zijn. Veel leuke dorpjes, steden, cultuur en natuur in de omgeving. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen op een berg, daardoor wel steeds 15 min de berg op of af voor je op de doorgaande weg komt. Maar voor 10 dagen is dat goed te doen.

Het eerste stukje vanaf het huis is 3 minuten over een onverharde weg, daarna is de weg naar boven en naar beneden (ongeveer 15 minuten) volledige verhard (asfalt) en goed begaanbaar. Beneden heb je direct toegang tot de snelweg en de weg naar het strand.

cozy , complete house in a very nice place. beautiful terraces to sit outside.with bad weather in winter not quite comfortable warm . pellet stove in the living room, air conditioning in the bedroom.

gezellig , compleet huis op een hele mooie plek. prachtige terrassen om lekker buiten te zitten.met slecht weer in de winter niet helemaal comfortabel warm te krijgen . pellet

Location top, house beautiful with attention to furnishings, in winter months (with cold nights) a bit of a struggle at times.

Locatie top, huis mooi met aandacht voor inrichting, in de wintermaanden (met koude nachten) wel wat behelpen soms.

It is a beautiful location and nice house. Pool is also very nice. Hot water and electricity needs some planning. E.g. max 3 people can shower (very economical showering with shower off during soaping was not an option as the bathroom is unheated). Evening cooking (oven/cooktop) and heating on at the same time makes for less lighting. Took some getting used to but we got out. Communication with landlords was smooth.

Het is een prachtige locatie en leuk huis. Zwembad is ook erg fijn. Warm water en elektriciteit heeft wat planning nodig. Er kunnen bijv max 3 mensen douchen (zeer economisch douchen met douche uit tijdens inzepen was geen optie aangezien de badkamer onverwarmd is). ‘S avonds koken (oven/kookplaat) en verwarming tegelijk aan, zorgt voor minder verlichting. Was even wennen maar we zijn eruit gekomen. Communicatie met verhuurders verliep vlot.
