This Naturehouse is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful break to the countryside. Nestled in the quiet hamlet of St Civran, in the heart of central France, it offers rustic French accommodation but with everything you need to make your holiday truly special. Set in two acres of lovely grounds overlooking a beautiful, unspoilt valley, with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, explore the local area, or to simply sit and relax. Vine Cottage sleeps 2-6 people. There is an enclosed garden and pool, English and French TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a dining area, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Downstairs is a lounge with wood-burning stove, small desk, and a sofa-bed. Family Bedroom - 1 king size bed, 2 single beds, and en-suite shower room. BBQs, garden furniture, English and French TV, DVD players and free Wi-Fi are all included. We can provide cots, high chairs and stair gates on request. There is plenty to entertain children at this Naturehouse.

This Naturehouse is set on the edge of La Brenne, one of France’s 36 Parcs Naturel Régionaux. It is a beautiful wildlife habitat, harbouring many species of wild plants and animals, providing excellent opportunities for bird-watching, angling, cycling and walking. Our grounds are full of wildlife, including nightingales, turtle doves, swallows, barn owls, redstarts, bee-eaters, hoopoes, butterflies and lizards. Les Hirondelles is an old rural French farm which has been lovingly renovated and converted into self-catering holiday gîtes. Wood burning stoves make the gîtes cosy for winter retreats, and a large terrace, garden and pool make it an ideal summer vacation. There is with plenty to entertain children and make everyone happy. This region of central France offers a haven of peace and rustic tranquillity. The climate is mild, the pace of life is leisurely, and makes an ideal rural retreat. The nearest town is St Benoit de Sault, about 5 miles away, with supermarket and shops.
