The nature house is located on a hill overlooking the valley and the mountains. It is a detached house that is fully fenced with a lockable entrance gate. There is a nice terraced garden present a covered terrace overlooking the mountains. The pool is quite large and measures 4 x 8 meters. The house itself has 2 spacious bedrooms, an equipped kitchen with cooker and oven and a fairly spacious living area. There are 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy and relax in peace during your stay. There is Air conditioning in all living spaces except the bathrooms which can serve both cooling and heating. All electricity is generated through the PV panels on the roof. We strive to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.
Nature and surroundings
Los Kikos is a borough of Alcaucin and is about a 25-minute drive from Torre Del Mar ( coast ) in Andalusia, Spain. The village is located at the foot of Mount La Marona, near the impressive gorge of Zaffaraya. It is located in the Axarquia Mountains. Hikers and cyclists can enjoy the nearby nature reserve. From the house in Los Kikos you have a beautiful view over the olive and almond trees. The famous Alhambra is less than an hour away. Malaga itself is about 45 minutes from the house. In winter you can even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada (1h30 drive). You can enjoy culture, work on your fitness or just relax. You can also visit the Alpujarras - fascinating mountain area near Sierra Nevada in Andalusia.
