Nature house in Marigny-Marmande

This nature house is our first gîte, and we named it after the robin that kept coming to visit us here right after we received the keys to our property. This apartment is located entirely on the ground floor (50 m²) and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the valley. The living room/bedroom features an authentic fireplace and a cozy seating area overlooking the courtyard. Here you’ll also find a comfortable box spring (160×200) and two additional beds (90×200). From the living room, you enter the kitchen, which also provides access to the bathroom and a separate toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Our cottages are equipped with bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels. A mid-stay towel change is always possible. Upon request, we can provide a crib for the little ones. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs are not welcome.

Our property is located on a hill in the Loire-Anjou-Touraine National Park. This peaceful property lies just outside the village of Marigny-Marmande. The property dates back to the 16th century and has witnessed much of the history of the Loire region and France. Our property offers a stunning view of the valley. The garden, spanning over 2 hectares, borders the La Boissière forest. (Spotted species include nightingales, buzzards, kestrels, green woodpeckers, hoopoes, various owls, the corncrake, the water rail, deer, hares, squirrels, wild boars, and badgers) The stunning garden features a wide variety of plants and trees. The garden is home to three beautiful, large oak trees that are well over 300 years old.
