Nature and surroundings
Secluded, unoverlooked property bordered by a private pond reflecting willows and reeds. The landscaped garden invites you to relax: a lawn for meditation, the scent of hydrangeas. At dawn, hinds and pheasants cross the meadow; in the afternoon, squirrels play in the oaks. We're in the heart of the Parc naturel régional des Marais du Cotentin, an area rich in biodiversity (herons, dragonflies, little owls). The Périers greenway (2 km) takes you on a 40 km cycle/pedestrian path through marshes, bocage and beaches. In the evening, enjoy a starry sky free from noise and light pollution: silence, iodized air and greenery for a total Normandy break.
