Nature and surroundings
The property is set in 16 acres of fields and a small forest ,with a carp fishing lake with carp up to 40 Ib, fishing is available on request. We are down a small lane but only minutes away from all local amenities ,including supermarkets, shops, bars, boulangeries, a cinema, banks and just a drive away the towns of Craon, Chateaubriant ,Laval and Angers who boast many shops , restaurants and places of interest for both adults and children including Atoll shopping centre ,Terrabottanica theme park ,La Rincerrie water park .
