Unique cottage in Scandinavian style. Light and compact apartment for two people. We call it our "Tiny house. Everything is ground floor, complete kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The nature house is heated by underfloor heating. Present: TV, Bluetooth radio and (free) Wi-Fi, hairdryer, mini iron, kettle, Nespresso machine, games and books. Because of windows and terrace facing south, you can soon sit outside. In the house it can get hot, no air conditioning. On the terrace is a walnut tree that is visited by tits, the great spotted woodpecker and sometimes a squirrel. Bus stop 30 steps from the cottage. Free bikes to borrow. Surface area cottage: 32m2. Terrace: 25m2. Pick-up or delivery possible (Holten or Vorden). The bed is standard made as a double bed. If you want separate beds, that can be prepared for you on request. Extra cleaning costs when staying pet: € 10,-. Fenced, so dogs can run free.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in our garden on the outskirts of the cozy village of Laren. Beautiful base for cycling and hiking! 1.5 km from the Pieterpad. Laren has several restaurants, an extensive Plus supermarket, a self-slaughtering Keurslager who gets his meat from cattle from the area. The World baker Wijnand bakes his breads with the grain from various fields around Laren and has its own chocolaterie. Nearby is the vineyard of Wijngoed Gelders Laren with Dutch quality wines including the 'Kiss of Thérèse'. Characteristic environment: vast meadows with wooded banks, the coulisse landscape and the many estates, such as Ehzerwold estate, Verwolde, Ampsen and De Broekhorst. In Gorssel is a 100ha large nature reserve and is museum MORE. Around the corner: Hanseatic cities Deventer (18 km) and Zutphen (16 km). Lochem (6 km) with city rights dating since 1233, with bumpy cobblestones on the marketplace and around it narrow medieval streets and cozy terraces.
