Located in the countryside 2 km from the village of Mouilleron, the nature house is 35 mn from the sea, 45 mn from the puy du fou and 45 mn from Nantes. Several footpaths run alongside the house allowing for cycling or hiking.

The cottage is adjacent to the owner's house (renovated barn). The 2 houses are on a plot of land of 1ha6. The gîte is located in a hamlet with 2 other houses. It is a nature house located in a cul-de-sac where only walkers and cyclists pass by.
