I just think the information and attention given to the cottage’s guests are so poor—you have to contact them yourself before your arrival date instead of the landlord doing so, and once you’re there, you don’t hear anything from them about whether everything is okay, not even when you check out. There’s absolutely no contact from the landlord at all. We left a week early The bed is just terrible, and the AC leaks like a sieve.
