Nature house in Fontaine Guerin, Les Bois d'Anjou

This nature house is located on the characteristic "courtyard" of Lavau, a small vacation domain and is a very spacious and luxurious gîte (approx. 60 m²) for 2 people. The cottage (showpiece) was built in 2013 in the old stables. A new gîte, which more than meets all the requirements of our time, but preserving authentic details. We will give you a brief tour. You enter the living area with on the left a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area. The corner kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob with hood, microwave and of course plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glassware. In the sitting area there is a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, there is a television with DVD player and a mini hi-fi set. From the living room you enter a hall which provides access to the bedroom with a comfortable bed of 160 * 200 cm, a bathroom with rain shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.

The nature house is located in the Parc naturel regional Loire-Anjou-Touraine, a large protected natural area where landscape management receives a lot of attention. Among other things, you can follow part of the cycle route La Loire à vélo through the park. For the hiker, the region also offers an extensive network of short and long hiking trails. Been active on a hot day and looking to cool off? That's fine in the village. There is a lovely swimming lake where even the little ones can splash around. For centuries the Loire has been known as the garden of France, and the nobility liked to settle there. During a tour of the Lavau area, one beautiful château after another looms up. Whether you've been out all day or enjoyed the tranquility of Lavau, the day is only complete when you sit down to the delicious three-course dinner that we serve several times a week.
