Nature house in Fontaine Guerin, Les Bois d'Anjou

The first gîte you encounter when you enter the courtyard of Lavau. A unique location because it gives you a panoramic view, you look out over the rolling landscape with alternating farm fields, trees and the fruit orchard. The nature house is a lovely bright and comfortable cottage for 2 or 4 people. The gîte was built in 2012 in the old stables. A new gîte, which more than meets all the requirements of our time, but preserving authentic details. We give you a short tour; You enter the living room with on your right a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave and of course plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The living area has a cozy dining and sitting area with a television with DVD player and a mini hi-fi set. The cottage also has a spacious bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.

The nature house is located in the Parc naturel regional Loire-Anjou-Touraine, a large protected natural area where landscape management receives a lot of attention. Among other things, you can follow part of the cycle route La Loire à vélo through the park. For the hiker, the region also offers an extensive network of short and long hiking trails. Been active on a hot day and looking to cool off? That's fine in the village. There is a lovely swimming lake where even the little ones can splash around. For centuries the Loire has been known as the garden of France, and the nobility liked to settle there. During a tour of the Lavau area, one beautiful château after another looms up. Whether you've been out all day or enjoyed the tranquility of Lavau, the day is only complete when you sit down to the delicious three-course dinner that we serve several times a week.
