This Villa is a classified Ancient Monument by Greek Authorities , is an old oil mill build by the Venitians in 1400/1500. The nature house is fully restored in 2010, the Villa offer all modern amenities for your confort.

Nature and surroundings

The historic village of Maroulas is on a hill of 300m alt., 3 km from beaches and 8 km from Rethymno. Down the villa you will hear mainly sheep’s and goats bels.
