Nature house in Medviđa

This naturehouse is located in the heart of Bukovica in the hinterland of Dalmatia. The ranch consists of two units: a ranch of 40 000 m2 and an tourist destination Fairy Valley 300 m away from a ranch of 20 000 m2. Ranch consists of two old stone houses built 200 years ago that have been renovated in the original style but with all the necessary appliances for comfortable living. First stone house consists of bathroom and two bedrooms for 4 guests. The second stone house consists of a fully equiped kitchen, lounge area and space for 2 extra single beds. In front of both houses is a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace. Between them there is a heated outdoor pool of 36 m2 with an external toilet.If you are group or family of 9 persons, next to the stone houses is a spacious modern house with a downstairs guest bedroom for 3 guests, a bathroom, and a kitchen with an open fireplace for those guests.This extra space for 3 person can be rented on request with additional payment.

The ranch is surrounded by meadows and forest with playgrounds and promenades. There are several houses in the vicinity. Only one resident lives one sheep in the area. The complete ranch is fenced off and offers complete intimacy to the guests.There are no shops in the immediate vicinity except in the towns of Obrovac and Benkovac which are 15 - 20 km away. At the very location around the ranch there are many natural and rural phenomena such as old puddles, old water tanks, old stone houses and the natural phenomenon of "stone glacier", it's a huge stone structure that looks like a stone glacier.  5-15 km away are the KRUPA, ZRMANJA and BIJELA rivers with huge waterfalls and untouched nature.There are two national parks in the distance of 15-25 km, PAKLENICA and KRKA and the VELEBIT nature park. The sea and the beach are 15 km away.Since there are no neighbors, guests can completely relax as far as noise and fun are concerned at any time of day and night.
