In a farmyard surrounded by greenery stands a charming little wooden cottage that houses the nature house. From the private porch, you have a view of the rolling countryside, where you might just spot deer grazing while you enjoy breakfast. Inside, you’ll find two Auping single box-spring beds, which are made up as a double bed by default but can easily be separated. The room is equipped with central heating, making it comfortable to enjoy your stay in any season. In the fall and winter, the wood stove provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere. There is a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, single-burner stove, two small pans, and tableware. The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet, has underfloor heating. You’ll prepare your own breakfast at the nature house. But of course, you can also treat yourself to our delicious gourmet breakfast. For 17.50 euros per person per day, we’ll serve it right in your cottage.

Nature and surroundings

Laren in Gelderland and its immediate surroundings have a lot to offer. Above all, plenty of peace, space, and nature. The Achterhoek’s bocage landscape and the Sallandse Heuvelrug, including the Holterberg, are within easy reach. But cities like Deventer and Zutphen also have plenty of beautiful sights to offer, and Lochem—located right in our backyard—is well worth a visit. Are you hiking the Pieterpad? Then you can rest your feet here, because this nature house is located at the start or end point of the Holten-Laren and Laren-Vorden stages. In addition to this nature house, the B&B also has another nature house available for rent; see Nature House ID-49131.
