This magnificently restored century-old olive mill just outside Orgiva has a unique style with open and bright spaces. The nature house is divided into two buildings separated by the green courtyard of about 200 m2 including fruit trees and a swimming pool. This space is surrounded by a characteristic wall with wrought iron entrance gate and includes lawns, flowers, fruit trees and a swimming pool (6 x 3 M.) The main house, with the large kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and one of the bedrooms gives from the kitchen and the adjacent covered south terrace a beautiful view of the green valley of the Rio Guadalfeo. The olive mill has 3 bedrooms. One of them in the main house. The other 2, along with 2 bathrooms, are in the house on a slightly higher level at the courtyard . The third bedroom with 3 beds has its own bathroom. (So the bathrooms/toilets are on the higher level at the courtyard). Price includes firewood.

From the covered south terrace you have a beautiful view of the green valley of the Rio Guadalfeo. Right by the mill begins the "Granada Walk No 7." From here it goes up into the natural park and to the white mountain villages of the Alpujarras. There are also shorter walks to do directly from the mill in the beautiful valley including one with lots of shade. In the mill there is also a telescope. Because there is absolutely no light pollution in the area, you can see the clear sky up close after sunset. About an hour's drive away, on a hill overlooking the city of Granada, lies the Alhambra, the last fortress and palace of the Moors. Absolutely worth a visit for its gardens and and fine Moorish architecture
