Nature house in Seglien

Pleasant, new and well-equipped house. Disadvantage is the somewhat steep stairs and it is chilly in the house. There are fine heating elements and a fine wood stove with plenty of wood

Prettig, nieuw en goed geoutilleerd huis. Nadeel is de wat steile trap en het is fris in huis. Er zijn prima verwarmingselementen en een fijne houtkachel met ruim voldoende hout

Very quiet and rural. With lots of nature sounds (owls) and greenery.

Zeer stil en landelijk. Met veel natuurgeluiden (uilen) en groen.

What we found very nice is that if there was anything, the owner responded very quickly and came up with solutions. The cottage itself was fine for us, it is new, modern and comfortably furnished. Very surprising that the cottage was up side down. I can imagine that if you have difficulty walking, the cottage is less suitable because living upstairs and sleeping downstairs. Also the air conditioning was very pleasant. Outside 33 degrees, inside nice and cool.

Wat wij als zeer fijn hebben ervaren is dat als er iets was, de eigenaar heel snel reageerde en met oplossingen kwam.
Het huisje zelf was voor ons prima, het is nieuw, modern en comfortabel ingericht.
Heel verrassend dat het huisje up side down was. Leuke indeling.
Ik kan me wel voorstellen dat als je slecht ter been bent, het huisje iets minder geschikt is omdat leven boven is en slapen beneden.
Ook de airco was heel prettig. Buiten 33 graden, binnen heerlijk koel.

A lovely cottage in a quiet area, with plenty of opportunities in the area to go out.

Een heerlijk huisje in een rustige omgeving, met voldoende mogelijkheden in de omgeving om erop uit te gaan.

-spacious -beautiful, practical furnishings -bedrooms downstairs (nice and cool in warmer weather, no need to drag suitcases upstairs) -fantastically beautiful and spacious garden, very quiet -central location, not so far from the beautiful Guéméne-sur-Scorff where everything is present (Intermarché, restaurants, fast charger,...) -place in front of the house or in the garden to park the car -sufficient closet space in the bedrooms, also clothes hangers available -good sofa -air conditioning upstairs-washer Could be improved: -shower knob was a little loose, no soap dish in the shower which would be handy -mattresses of the single beds did not have mattress protectors and were not so clean anymore -plates, cutlery,... cooking on gas with a gas bottle which, when empty, must be replaced by the guests: we found a bit strange -refrigerator: not really clean (inside) -no response from owner to mails, better follow up rental?

-slaapkamers beneden (lekker fris bij warmer weer, reiskoffers niet naar boven sleuren)
-fantastisch mooie en ruime tuin, heel rustig
-centrale ligging, niet zo ver van het mooie Guéméne-sur-Scorff waar alles aanwezig is (Intermarché, restaurantjes, snellader,...)
-plaats voor de woning of in de tuin om de auto te parkeren
-voldoende kastruimte in de slaapkamers, ook kledinghangers aanwezig
-goede sofa
-airco boven-wasmachine

Voor verbetering vatbaar:
-doucheknop zat wat los, geen zeepbakje in de douche wat wel handig zou zijn
-matrassen van de enkele bedden hadden geen matrasbeschermers en waren niet zo netjes meer
-borden, bestek,... zaten vuil in de kast (vorige gasten lieten die niet netjes achter?)
-oven was heel vies dus niet gebruikt
-koken op gas met een gasfles die, als hij leeg is, vervangen moet worden door de gasten: vonden wij wat vreemd
-koelkast: niet echt netjes (binnenkant)
-geen reactie van eigenaar op mails, verhuur beter opvolgen?
