Nature house in Karteros

Newly built studio built inside a traditional family owned olive grove. The olive grove is owned for more than three generations and housing is built in a way not to disturb the process of cultivation. We use solar power for our needs and there is ample space as it is fenced for kids to play safely. Housing is all equipped with quality IKEA products, we offer stove top, oven, full cutlery and kitchenware, air conditioning, parking. Ideal as it is only 1 Km from nearby sandy beach and 7 Kms from the Heraklion Airport.

Karteros is a developing resort, which for years was used only for cultivations like grapes and olives. There are numerous acres with olive groves and the marvellous Karteros Canyon if you want to pass it with wild and protected nature. As our family owns lots of land in the area we are trying to preserve the nature and the conditions of the area as it used to be without stopping development, so anything that is done as for hospitality is done very careful and with an eye to the existing condition of the nature.
