Nature house in Granada

This nature house is located in the Lecrín Valley, 500 meters from the village of Nigüelas, 20 minutes from the coast and 20 minutes from Granada city, where the famous Alhambra Palace is located. The rural hotel is a renovated 16th century grain mill. In the restaurant-the old grain mill-the authentic grinding stones can still be seen. In the courtyard you will find a beautiful hamman as well as seven beautifully decorated rooms. In the adjacent gardens we offer another seven junior suites. All rooms have a fireplace, bathroom, smart TV and Wifi is available throughout the property. Scattered in the gardens and olive grove you will find the library, secluded nice romantic terraces, a jacuzzi under a 100-year-old olive tree, outdoor pool and much more. You can dine in our restaurant and on the terrace under the old pear tree where you can enjoy the rippling water through the irrigation channel.

TOURIST INFORMATION Nigüelas is located at the foot of the Zahor hill and at the edge of the Torrente River. It is not only the highest town in the Lecrín Valley, at 931 meters above sea level, but also the most mountainous. Its location forms a magnificent vantage point from which virtually the entire region can be seen. The Zahor is just the first of a series of mountains that culminate in the 3,300-meter-high Cerro del Caballo, at the top of which the municipalities of Lanjarón and Nigüelas converge. Although several tracks lead from this village to the Sierra Nevada, the most recommended is to follow the riverbed until the site of Los Cahorros. This route allows you to see the rest of a number of water mills and crosses leafy pine forests.
