Nature house in ploerdut

Our new gite, is the old servant's house that we converted into a lovely gite for 6 people. Everything has been thought of. There is a separate kitchen with all equipment to enjoy cooking. The living room has a sitting area with sofa and armchairs. A dining table with enough space for 6 people to sit. A fireplace to make a cozy, crackling fire. Dutch TV and board games.On the ground floor a double bedroom with 2 single box spring beds. A 2nd toilet on the mezzanine. The second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. A bathroom with toilet, large sink and spacious walk-in shower with rain shower. In the garden are a wood-fired hot-tub and wood-fired sauna that can be used privately (by appointment). A wooden set-up pool is for general use. We have a trampoline and swing for the children. A campfire can also be made on the fire pit.

At the end of a country road you will see the gate to the Guernevelien estate. The 1860 manor has 2 separate houses that have been converted into gites. La Charrue, our newly completed gite, is located to the left of our house .Surrounded by tall , old trees and lots of greenery.The garden is large and you can take a walk through the woods. At La Charrue you have your own terrace, to sit in the sun or shade. The whole estate offers a lot of privacy, In the village there is a bakery, epicerie and a pizzeria. There are many hiking possibilities in the area. About 10 minutes from La Charrue is a swimming lake.
