Nature house in Agia Fotia

This nature house is literally and figuratively a top-house. On top of a mountain it is overlooking the valley, the sea and the mountains and it is surrounded by a natural garden with lots of pine trees, flowers and oleanders.It is a newly build cottage with a beautiful terrace in front, thick walls, double windows, screens and shutters. The living room includes a comfortable sitting area with a (bed)sofa and a armchair and a dining area. It has air-co, WIFI, as well as a radio/CD-player. The luxury open kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with ceramic hobs, a microwave, a large fridge/ freezer and all kitchen tools you may need. The bedroom is spacious and light, with French doors opening to the terrace and the magnificent view on Eden Rock and the sea, twin beds with comfortable mattresses, a big wardrobe and mirror and a seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbowl and a washing machine.The views from the bedroom and terraces of this high place are breathtaking .

The house is loting free on a wooded mountainside, about 800 meters from the beach, with a phenomenal view of the Libyan sea. Around the house and the terrace are gardens with palms, oleanders, eucalyptes, fig and pine trees; the gardens are surrounded by olive groves. The bay of Agia Fotia with its crystal clear sea, where it is good snorkeling and diving, is one of the most beautiful in Crete. It has a restaurant with a beach bar, where you can relax. Within walking distance There is a small supermarket; a larger supermarket can be found in Ferma, 2 km back towards lerapetra. Lerapetra, a thriving town southeast of Agios Nicolaos, lies approximately 10 km west along the coast; The holiday resort of Makrialos is 8 km to the east. The area is quiet and rural, suitable for walks in the neighboring mountains, gorges and pretty villages. A visit to the museums and remnants of Minoan settlements is worth it if you are interested.
