Nature house in Labaniego

This house is a full rental cottage for 4 people. Its rustic interiors with furnishings in accordance with the traditional Bierzo style make the house an ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. The construction is made of stone and wood with a slate roof. In the house we make a commitment to the environment and we have sanitary water heated by solar panels. We practice waste recycling (containers for plastic, glass, paper, used oil and batteries).

Labaniego is a very quiet and ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. Through its paths we can enter an oak forest, a real "enchanted forest" and visit the remains of an old convent, San Fructuoso de Labaniego. On the other hand, there are numerous vestiges of ancient settlers in the surroundings, such as "La Cerca", "La Escrita", "El Cocotín" or "El castro de Tudela". The "Old Way of St. James" or "Forgotten Way" passes through the village, which different organizations and associations are trying to recover in order to be traveled again by pilgrims. The three centenary olive trees next to the church of Santiago (XVI century) with wonderful views of the surroundings are relevant.
