Revive your romantic side on the property. A nature house, cca 100m2, made out of stone, wood and a lot of our love and dedication. The house is surrounded by olive trees on 3000m2. Suitable for couples and families with children. The house is supplied completely with energy from the nature. The house consists of 2 separated parts. The centre of the first house is a big custom made kitchen made by the host Mladen who is a professional carpenter and who brought the finest wood from Croatian province Slavonija. In the same biggest room there is a couch which can be an extra bed for two people, and a dining table. In the second part of the house there are 2 bedrooms with big windows that gives the beautiful view of the pool. One bedroom has a double size bed, and 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be connected and make a double size bed. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. The property is surrounded with the traditional stone wall called "suhozid" and is very spacious.
Nature and surroundings
Raštane Gornje - a small village situated just 7 km away from the Adriatic sea coast, 10 km from the city of Biograd and 20km from the city of Zadar. Also it is near by the Zadar airport, only 7 km away. Except with the car, the house is reachable with public transport - the bus which drives from Zadar and Biograd. The bus station is 10 m away from the property. There is a lot of famous national parks and nature parks not far away from the village like Paklenica, Krka, Kornati, mountain Velebit and lake Vrana. The area of Ravni Kotari where the village is situated is perfect for walks in the nature, bike rides, jogging or just enjoying the sun, nature and sea. The house is situated at the very end of the village, in the fields 500m away from the first neighbour. You can buy fresh groceries at the local market in the village or directly from the inhabitants. There are also two bikes available for you to use free of charge. At the property there is also a small home grown garden.

Beautiful house, really even more beautiful than in the pictures. Attractive large garden full of old olive trees. Calm and private. Warm welcome by the friendly owners.

We had a short stay, only two nights, in this wonderful place. It is comfy, decorated with love, great kitchen, comforabel bed and above all a great outside living space. We will definitely com back. Hosts are most helpful and friendly.

A beautiful eco cottage, furnished and maintained with love. It was clean and the tub was refreshing. We liked the fact that the electricity was generated by a solar cell and the water came from a tank, so you can't drink it, but you can use it for everything else. You are on your own, there are plenty of places to sit and lie outside, the bed is comfortable and our children (10&11) also liked the sofa bed. The oven outside is perfect for barbecuing and even making pizza. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and it was a wonderful week for us. We could have stayed there a little longer.
Ein wunderschönes Eco Häuschen, mit Liebe eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es war sauber, der Zuber erfrischend. Wir fanden es schön, dass der Strom über eine Solarzelle produziert wurde und das Wasser aus einem Tank kam.Dadurch kann man es zwar nicht trinken, aber für alles andere kann man es getrost hernehmen. Man ist für sich, es gibt viele Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten draußen, das Bett ist bequem und die Schlafcouch fanden unsere Kinder (10&11) auch gut. Der Ofen draußen ist perfekt um zu grillen und selbst Pizza gelingt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr sehr angenehm und für uns war es eine wunderschöne Woche. Wir hätten es auch noch einige Zeit länger dort ausgehalten.

Gornje Rastane is in a really great location, the sea is only a few kilometers away, you can go cycling or visit the national parks and do some hiking there.
Wunderschön gelegen zwischen Felden auf der einen Seite und einer Straße auf der anderen, welche aber nicht stört. Der Garten mit den Olivenbäumen, den blühenden Kakteen und dem wunderschönen Lavendel ist traumhaft und der Gemüsegarten toll. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort, so war natürlich kaum was reif, trotzdem konnten wir schon eine Zucchini, ein paar Zuckerschoten und Spinat, sowie Rauke pflücken. Mediterrane Kräuter wachsen an jeder Ecke. Die Tierwelt ist auch artenreich. Wir hatten im Garten selber schon eine Schildkröte, viele, viele Eidechsen, eine Schlange und einen kleinen Skorpion. Gornje Rastane ist wirklich toll gelegen, das Meer ist nur paar Kimoter weiter weg, man kann schön Radfahren oder die Nationalparks besuchen und dort etwas „wandern“.
