Capacity - suitable for up to 2 Adults plus one child. and pets. The cottage is rustic and very simply renovated to provide a tranquil space yet is clean, comfortable and has the basic necessities. The cottage is all on one level, open-plan with exposed old stone walls. The main door enters into a lounge area with corner kitchen. Off the main room to the left is a double bedroom. Off the main room to the right, and down one step, there is a hallway giving access to a clean, compact shower room consisting of shower, washbasin & WC, and also another room which can be used as a bedroom and has a single bed (there is no external window in this room), or as a changing room. Wifi is available, so you can bring your tablet/computer (no TV in cottage). The cottage is open plan and is suitable for a couple, plus one younger child, or 2 adults who know each other well.

Cosy cottage in a peaceful location with easy access to A84. This cosy detached cottage is set in the beautiful rolling hills of the Normandy countryside, perfect for a real retreat and a relaxing holiday. Situated in a rural spot, but very accessible to the A84 (5 mins drive) for visiting the many tourist destinations of Normandy with ease. It is not secluded, but it is in a very peaceful spot. There is a large garden at the front with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage faces SE, so it is good for watching sunrise, and has sun for most of the day. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but there are no dog-proof fences so they must be well-trained. Within a 15 minute drive there are walks: by the river at Tessy sur Vire, and Pont Farcy; in the forest of Saint Sever with arboretum; at the Souleuvre viaduct; around the gorge of the Roches de Ham; around the lakes of the Dathee.
