Pretty 19th-century Norman cottage, a stone's throw from Yport and Étretat, in the heart of a protected natural site. The impression of being at the end of the world, in the middle of nature, between sea and forest, but only 5 minutes from beaches and shops. This little hidden paradise is a rare and ideal place to meet up with friends or family, recharge your batteries, hike in the forest or along the seafront, or simply laze in the property's garden. On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, kitchen (fully equipped), utility room and bathroom (shower and toilet). A wood-burning stove is provided in the living room (free wood). Connected TV, Bluetooth speaker, books and board games are also available. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms offer large Queen-size double beds (160x200), and the 3rd, smaller one, features comfortable bunk beds suitable for adults (90X190). A very good wifi connection (fiber) allows you to work remotely.
Nature and surroundings
It's a unique, secret place, served by a long private road that winds along the edge of the forest between several hectares of unspoilt wilderness. A hiking trail is just a short walk from the house, offering wonderful walks in the forest or on the cliffs. The beach, shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away in the charming seaside resort of Yport. The garden is totally private and fenced off from view. You'll find outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, swing, pétanque, children's hut...) as well as a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs for unforgettable moments with family or friends. If you're discreet and patient, you can watch foxes, deer, birds of prey, wild ducks, woodpeckers, squirrels, hares... in the early morning or at dusk.
