This nature house is situated in Latin, village that has been forgotten by time. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with a rustic furnace, bathroom, spacious kitchen with dining area suitable for 8 people, bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bathroom. Dining area and the living room have an exit towards a spacious terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, another separate toilet, and another double bed room with a balcony. There is a common swimming pool with sun beds on the estate.

Our nature house is situated on a bigger estate that consist out of a pine forester, fruit yard, small and young hazel plantation, vegetable garden, spacious garden with a fish pond, and another bigger main house and a pool area. It is an oasis of peace and quiet. Life here is little is just is just a little simpler. The entire area feels like it has been forgotten in time. Its off the main road and surrounded with forests and vegetation. The estate is in Latin, which is 5 km from the first town Plaški. Plaški is a small town but has all the necessities. In the 40km radius there are various natures wonders. Wellhead of the river Dretulja and Lake Sinjac which is deeper than 205mm, both are suitable for fishing. Park of nature Plitvička jezera, Plitvice Lakes, Rastoke; a small town on the river Slunjčica with wonderful waterfalls, and the sea shore of the city Senj is just an hour away.
