Since January 2018, the landlords live in the mountains between Fuentes de Cesna and Algarinejo, in the province of Granada in Andalusia. The land near the old cortijo is planted with olive trees, pomegranate and holm oak. We have converted the stable and chicken coop into a luxury bedroom with bathroom in which we have kept the authentic elements. (There is no kitchen) Your view from your terrace is simply breathtaking: mountains, vastness and the Sierra Nevada in the distance. Cities worth seeing are within easy reach from this nature house. Beautiful walks and small Spanish towns are within reach. This nature house has a swimming pool. You can also use the honesty bar. Come and enjoy authentic Spain and experience the peace and quiet of the landlords on the mountain!

From this nature house you walk to the extraordinary village of Fuentes de Cesna, which was rebuilt after two landslides. The remains of the old village are still there and walking through the ruins of the church you have vistas to the largest reservoir in Andalusia: pantano de Iznájar. A few minutes by car is Algarinejo, where you can admire the late 18th century church or take a nice walk through the gorge to end up at the waterfall. A visit to Iznájar on its mountain top with beautiful views, blue balcony and Moorish fortress is well worth it!
