Nature house in Feugeres

Are you looking for a peaceful holiday, a tranquil, unspoiled location set in the beautiful French countryside? If so, then look no further. This nature house is a fully renovated 17th Century, stone country house, with six bedrooms sleeping up to 12. Set in over 4 acres of stunning landscaped gardens, orchards and fields, we are twenty-five minutes drive to the west and north coast beaches; where there are miles and miles of sandy beaches to explore and enjoy. There are countless local and historical places of interest to visit close by, nature on your doorstep, a perfect place for birdwatchers, walkers, cyclists, photographers or large family groups wanting the peace and quiet that this beautiful part of France has to offer. Spiritual groups, Meditation groups, Yoga groups, and Tai Qi groups are welcome to visit and use our newly opened yoga studio/meditation hall, fitted with wooden floors. A large decking area and gardens surround the hall where you can also practice or meditate.

Being with Nature Enjoy the nature in and surrounding the house, many local places to go including woodland walks, marshes with hides, dramatic coastlines with sand dunes, and rugged cliffs. Our visitors at the nature house include Red Squirrels, Bats, Woodpeckers, Birds of Prey, Owls, Deer, Pheasants, Slow Worms, Badgers, Foxes, Pine Martins, Hares, Rabbits and many beautiful garden birds, insects, butterflies, and moths. We have a large orchard filled with fruit trees including apples, pears, peaches, plums, cherry, fig, redcurrant, blackberry, walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts all for you to help yourself when in season. Fields to walk in and to enjoy the unspoiled land, enjoy the beautiful wildflowers, wild garlic, and poppies and the vegetables from my garden when available. Two ponds with fish, insects, frogs, toads, salamanders etc to enjoy.
