Nature house in Colmenar Solano

In a beautiful location in the hills of the Axarquía, in the hamlet of Solano, lies Finca Maran: an atmospheric old finca (olive farm) with breathtaking views of the mountains and of the beautiful "white" mountain village of Comares.Casita Maran is completely independent. It consists of a living/sleeping area with 1 double bed, a sofa bed for an extra person and fixed air conditioning and pallet stove. The veranda has a comfortable lounge area, dining table and at any time of day a beautiful view. On the property there are two houses: the main house, the Casa and the casita with covered veranda. During your stay, the casita is all yours, including a shared pool, and several seating areas in your area of the property. The tap water is filtered with a Phoenix water filter, so you just have delicious drinking water from the tap here On the property is also our own home. When we are present, we obviously respect your privacy.

The romantic nature house is located about 15 car minutes from the villages of Colmenar, Riogordo and Comares. All three are authentic and picturesque, white, Spanish villages. In all villages you will find a supermarket, bank / ATM, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Five minutes away is the typical Spanish tapas bar El Niño for a drink and a snack. Comares, located high on a rock, has a nice circular walk where the old Moorish influences are visible. The beach at Torre del Mar is about 40 minutes away and has a pleasant promenade and nice beach bars. Because of its central location in the heart of the Axarquía and on the edge of Montes de Málaga Natural Park, the casita is an excellent base for visiting cultural cities such as Málaga (beach, cathedral and Gibralfaro fortress), Seville (cathedral and Jewish quarter), Ronda (the gorge), Granada Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) and the coast. One of Spain's natural wonders, El Torcal, is an hour's drive from the nature house. The spectacular Caminito del Rey an hour and 20 minutes away. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is a two-hour drive away!
