From the terrace of the nature house you look at the distinctive rolling hills of the Axarquía. Slopes with olive groves and almond trees that give a different picture in every season. Its location on a paved road and yet the quiet of the campo make it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fauna and flora. The fully equipped casita is located beyond the main house of the landlords and is completely independent. It consists of a living/sleeping area with two (single) beds and a sofa bed (1.60x1.90 meters). There is also a cozy dining area and a wood stove for when the days are cooler. You can use a splash pool (5.50x3.50 meters) for the necessary cooling in the hot summers. There are also several terraces and a large roof terrace. The large (wild) garden has several olive, almond and fruit trees. Feel free to pick the lemons, grapes, khakis, nisperos, figs and pomegranates. The finca is very easy to reach via a paved road. From Málaga it is 45 minutes and once off the highway, the road takes you through rolling hills with olive/almond orchards and picturesque white villages. The property contains uneven terraces and steps; children are welcome at their own risk.

The romantic nature house is located about 15 car minutes from the villages of Colmenar, Riogordo and Comares. All three are authentic and picturesque, white, Spanish villages. In all villages you will find a supermarket, bank / ATM, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Five minutes away is the typical Spanish tapas bar El Niño for a drink and a snack. Comares, located high on a rock, has a nice circular walk where the old Moorish influences are visible. The beach at Torre del Mar is about 40 minutes away and has a pleasant promenade and nice beach bars. Because of its central location in the heart of the Axarquía and on the edge of Montes de Málaga Natural Park, the casita is an excellent base for visiting cultural cities such as Málaga (beach, cathedral and Gibralfaro fortress), Seville (cathedral and Jewish quarter), Ronda (the gorge), Granada Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) and the coast. One of Spain's natural wonders, El Torcal, is an hour's drive from the nature house. The spectacular Caminito del Rey an hour and 20 minutes away. The ski resort in Sierra Nevada is a two-hour drive away!
