Nature house in Caurel

Peace, space, silence, clean air, privacy. No mechanical noise in the background, but the singing of birds. And that together with the security of a small hamlet. Reading in the shade of old oak trees or warming up in the sun: around the house you can do it all. And if it rains, you sit nicely sheltered in the open barn, by a fire to keep warm. If it gets really cold, the sofa inside offers a comfortable place by the fine wood stove. Plenty of walks in the area (download a good app!!) to experience the typical Breton countryside. And towns or villages worth visiting are relatively quick to reach. It is still quiet on the roads.... In short, a wonderful place to fully enjoy what Brittany has to offer.

Rust, ruimte, stilte, schone lucht, privacy. Geen mechanische herrie op de achtergrond, maar de zang van vogels. En dat samen met de geborgenheid van een klein buurtschap. Lezen in de schaduw van oude eikenbomen of opwarmen in de zon: rondom het huis kan het allemaal. En als het regent, zit je lekker beschut in de open schuur, bij een vuurtje om warm te blijven. Als het echt koud wordt, biedt de bank binnen een comfortabele plek bij de fijne houtkachel. Genoeg wandelingen in de omgeving (download een goeie app!!) om het typisch Bretonse landschap te beleven. En steden of dorpen die de moeite waard zijn om te bezoeken, zijn relatief snel te bereiken. Het is er nog stil op de wegen.... Kortom, een heerlijke plek om volop te genieten van wat Bretagne heeft te bieden.

A comfortable and cozy cottage in a nice place. Nicely refurbished with good plumbing. Fine bedrooms with good beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is not large inside, but for 2 or 4 people more than enough. Outside there is plenty of space. And the open barn is nice as a place between inside and outside. Sympathetic owners, who are helpful and easy to reach. They have the service well taken care of.

Een comfortabel en knus huisje op een fijne plek. Mooi opgeknapt met goed sanitair. Prima slaapkamers met goede bedden. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is binnen niet groot, maar voor 2 of 4 personen ruim voldoende. Buiten is er alle ruimte. En de open schuur is prettig als plek tussen binnen en buiten in. Sympathieke eigenaren, die behulpzaam en goed te bereiken zijn. Ze hebben de service goed voor elkaar.

We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and comfortable house. Very sweet helpful owners Inge and Marc came directly to a leakage problem to fix eea. Also in winter wonderful place!

We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving en comfortabel huis. Zeer lieve behulpzame eigenaren Inge en Marc kwamen direct bij een lekkageprobleem om eea te verhelpen. Ook in winter heerlijke stek!

Heerlijk huis met veel sfeer ingericht

The cottage is neat and cared for, also nice to stay there in the middle of winter. We stayed there with our dog to walk and did not do any further activities.

Het huisje is netjes en verzorgd, ook fijn om er hartje winter te verblijven.
Wij zijn er verbleven met onze hond om te wandelen en hebben geen verdere activiteiten gedaan.

It is very quiet in this village, you can walk right into the forest towards the lake. An hour and a half drive from the beach and larger cities within half an hour the cottage has a large garden, indeed not enclosed, but fortunately it is quiet in the village.

Het is heel rustig in dit dorp, je loopt er zo het bos in richting het meer. Op anderhalf uur rijden van het strand en grotere steden binnen het half uur het huisje heeft een grote tuin, inderdaad niet afgesloten, maar gelukkig is het rustig in het dorp.
