This nature house is a traditional Breton house, completely renovated in 2008. The flexible accommodation is bright and modern, but retains its original character with exposed oak beams on the upper floor. On the ground floor are a spacious L-shaped living room and particularly well-equipped kitchen. In the dining area the French doors with beautiful views over the grounds. On one side of the ground floor is a bedroom and opposite is the bathroom. Upstairs is another twin bedroom, an adjoining bathroom and the magnificent master bedroom with windows on two sides. This room has a large four-poster bed, and a bath and shower in the adjoining bathroom - a wonderful room to add some romance to your vacation! To the front of the house is a large, enclosed lot facing southwest, with a gravel path and patio that leads to a large terrace. The lawn leads to a meadow with cider apple trees.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a very quiet road leading through an old moorland in central Brittany. At three kilometers you will find a small village with a store. Plemet is five kilometers away with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a park with a fishing lake and playground. There are marked hiking and biking trails nearby. Hiking maps are available for guests, as well as a host of other tourist information. There is also a trout river and a forest, with a riding school where pony rides are organized. At the edge of the Plemet you can rent kayaks and bikes. Guided tours on and along the river are also organized from here. There are beautiful beaches on the north coast, as well as golf courses, inland lakes for water sports, castles and medieval towns with markets, all within a half-hour drive. The area is great for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers.
