Nature house in Moutiers sur le Lay

Welcome to this oasis of calm in the south of the Vendée! This nature house is centrally located on a charming six-acre château estate, close to a wine village and only a 30-minute drive from the beautiful Atlantic coast with sunny sandy beaches. In addition to its own wine, the estate offers three attractive hotel rooms in the château, four luxury safari tents with private bathrooms (see also house codes 26669, 26810 and 26813) and two gîtes. There is a large heated and walled swimming pool. This spacious nature house (120 m2) for six people offers great comfort and is very stylishly decorated. Through the creative mix of old and modern styles, this house exudes an exclusive luxury. The living room has a robust fireplace with an open wood stove and satellite TV. The large kitchen-diner is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven and large stainless steel refrigerator. In the spacious entrance hall are the checkroom and a toilet. Upstairs are three beautiful bedrooms with wide views. The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink. The cottage has a front garden and a terrace adjacent to the living room. Both outdoor areas offer plenty of privacy and are conveniently located on the sun.

The Vendée has a wonderful climate with almost as many hours of sunshine as the Côte d'Azur. With its "southern" feel, the estate is an exclusive vacation destination for young and old, where you will find plenty of space, beauty and tranquility. From the nature house you can walk straight into the forest to a lower river. But also on the estate (6 hectares) itself there is much to discover. Besides the large heated outdoor pool there is a gym and a luxury wellness area with infrared sauna , steam room and hot tub. For the children (and parents) there are several adventurous playgrounds. The estate has a castle with vineyard , an olive grove , winery , dovecote , stables , castle gate and a sacred well. And of course our donkeys and free-range chickens. In Mareuil sur Lay (3 km.) you can do your daily shopping and in the immediate vicinity are some nice restaurants. Furthermore, in the wide and varied surroundings, besides sea and beach, there is much to do.
