This nature house is a charming, rustic former farmhouse that has been carefully preserved in its authentic state. We as residents and landlords have chosen to leave the house in its original style as much as possible, which makes for a unique, simple and attractive ambiance. It was built in the 19th century and completely renovated in the old style. Authentic details such as wooden beams and old floor tiles have been carefully restored and in front of the house is a large lawn inviting you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Originally it was the home of a farming family with a stable. On the ground floor you will find three cozy rooms: a kitchen with separate shower and toilet, a dining room with a cozy fireplace and a living room. The upper floor was completely renovated in 2018 and now offers two bedrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed, while the other is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located between the cities of Tours and Le Mans, just six kilometers from the charming town of Château-du-Loir. Just outside this picturesque town, in the small village of Flée, is this detached cottage. The cottage stands on the edge of a forest, behind a farmer's field, and is accessed via a picturesque country road which continues as a footpath. Six kilometers away is the lake 'Lac de Varennes', a beautiful recreational area where you can enjoy nature trails, water sports, a beach and a fun slide. The region around the Loir is known for its wines, castles and cozy flea markets. The zoo Zoo de la Flèche is also recommended for a fun outing.The garden surrounding the cottage is very spacious and is full of blooming flowers and fruit trees. Whether you want to relax with a good book or like to work in the garden, here you can fully enjoy peace, nature and each other's company.
