Nature house in Villeneuve

Wonderful new house on the website, suitable for all seasons. This house is located in a picturesque hamlet just outside Neuy le Barrois. Its has a securely fenced garden with a spacious swimmingpool of 10x5 m with a cover. A raised terrace gives you a nice view of the garden and the pool. In the sitting/diningroom there two comfortable soft sofas and a dining area. The kitchen has just been refreshed and is bright and easy to use. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The masterbedroom has a double bed and the other two rooms have a double bed and twinbeds respectively. There is a barn with a separate entrance housing garden chairs and umbrella, ready for summer use. When the weather is cool the central heating and the woodburning stove provide a pleasant warmth. Even though it is a semi detached house the large barn separates you from the quiet neighbour whose garden is out of view on the other side of the house. This is true rural France with an abundance of peace and quiet.

The village of Neuvy le Barrois is three kilometers away. It has a cafe, restaurant, grocery store and a place to buy bread. The historic city of Sancoins is only a few kilometers further and here and there are more shops and places to eat. The surrounding area is mainly agricultural and the famous Charolais cow can be seen. Nearby are lakes and forests. You can go for walks bikerides along the canal in the woods and alongside the meadows. Wednesday is market day in Neuvy le Barrois where there are stalls selling local products. The property is bordered by an extensive forest in which there are several lakes  to swim and fish in. One of Frances most beautiful villages Apremont is accessible within 10 min by car. Here you can enjoy a picnic on the waterfront or an extensive lunch in the restaurant after a walk in the beautiful castle gardens.
